Background: The use of Endoscope is increasing for otologic surgery because it providing anewperspective on the intricate anatomy middle ear.Study Design: Cross sectional study.Objective Evaluation outcomes endoscopic aidedtranscanal underlay tragal cartilegeMyringoplasty.Patients and Method: This were aprospective clinical study included Fifteen patients who operatedon chronic otitis media (COM) their data findings. All operations surgical procedures wereperformed only with a cartilage graft, lining, total transcanal access. Weassessed postoperative graft up-taking rate assessed hearing at 6-8 weeks.Results Discussion: Out 15 (9 female 6 male) take was 86% thecomparison pre mean AB gap revealed that 31 dB preoperativelywhile changed (improved) to 16 8 weeks postoperatively, statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions: Endoscopic Myringoplastyis minimally invasive, effective safe procedure goodsuccess short duration.
