Background: The use of Endoscope is increasing for otologic surgery because it providing anewperspective on the intricate anatomy middle ear.Study Design: Cross sectional study.Objective Evaluation outcomes endoscopic aidedtranscanal underlay tragal cartilegeMyringoplasty.Patients and Method: This were aprospective clinical study included Fifteen patients who operatedon chronic otitis media (COM) their data findings. All operations surgical procedures wereperformed only with a cartilage graft, lining, total transcanal access.
